Leads & viewings

Every enquiry lands; every viewing reports back.

Leads arrive from seventeen sources into one pipeline, each with its property interests tracked. Viewings run scheduled to completed, and completed viewings ask attendees for feedback by themselves.

How leads & viewings works day to day

01

Leads, captured and worked

One pipeline, whatever the front door was.

  • Portal, email-parsed, QR, WhatsApp, chatbot, widget and walk-in capture, plus a public API
  • Captured leads assigned to the capturing agent, with status flowing through the viewing lifecycle
  • Property interest per lead: interested, viewed, applied, upgraded automatically
  • Convert to buyer (sales) or applicant (lettings) without re-typing
02

Viewings, end to end

Scheduling that closes its own loop.

  • Schedule, reschedule, cancel, complete and no-show flows with attendee tracking
  • Tenant-portal attendees confirm, decline or request a reschedule themselves
  • Agent feedback per viewing: interested, not interested, undecided, with notes
  • Automatic feedback request to attendees after completed viewings
Sheet 03 · Questions

Asked before every trial

How does automatic viewing feedback work?

When a viewing is marked completed, attendees with a valid email receive a tokenised one-click feedback link about two hours later, valid for seven days. Cancelled and no-show viewings deliberately do not trigger it.

Where do portal leads come from?

Inbound emails from portals such as Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket are parsed into leads via the inbound-email endpoint, alongside direct capture from your website, QR codes on boards and window cards, WhatsApp, chatbot and a public API.

Are leads distributed automatically across the team?

Leads captured by an agent are assigned to that agent; leads arriving through public channels land unassigned for the team to pick up. Round-robin distribution and staleness alerts are roadmap items we will not pretend exist yet.
