Tenant app

The tenant app experience, without the App Store.

Agencies ask us for a tenant app because tenants live on their phones. Ours is an installable web experience: it adds to their home screen from the invitation link, opens instantly, and is always the current version. No download step to lose them at.

Why web beats a store app

The market is littered with abandoned tenant apps

A store app is a promise to maintain two more codebases forever. When vendors stop keeping it, tenants are the first to notice. A web experience makes the opposite trade: less to install, nothing to abandon.

Nothing to install

The invitation link is the whole onboarding. No store account, no password for the store, no 200 MB download on a commute.

Nothing to update

Every tenant is on the current version, always. No forced updates, no "please update to continue" walls at the worst moment.

Nothing to abandon

One codebase, maintained with the CRM itself. The portal cannot fall behind the product, because it is the product.

Questions

Asked before every trial

Is it a native app from the App Store?

No, and that is deliberate. The tenant portal is an installable web experience: tenants open it from their invitation link and can add it to their home screen. There is nothing to download, nothing to update, and no version that quietly stops being maintained.

Do tenants need to download anything?

Nothing. The link in their invitation email opens the portal in the browser they already have, branded as your agency, signed in after a one-time activation.

Does it work on iPhone and Android?

Yes. It runs in any modern browser, phone to desktop, so it works on whatever device your tenant owns, including older or shared devices where installing an app is a barrier.
