Questions
No setup or onboarding fees, and no feature add-ons: the landlord portal, tenant portal, Website Sync and webhooks are included in the tiers that list them, not sold separately. The only extras are capacity (seats, units, storage), priced openly on this page. Billing is monthly or annual, cancel anytime.
A unit is a tenancy-holding property (or flat within one) under active management. Sales-only instructions don't count towards your unit limit.
Each plan includes a set number of team seats (Starter 2 · Professional 5 · Business 15) and Enterprise is unlimited. Extra seats are £5/month each, so you'll never be locked out mid-letting.
Send us an export from your current system (or your spreadsheets) and our onboarding team maps properties, tenancies, landlords and certificates into LintelCRM before your trial ends.
We'll let you know when you're close and you can move up a tier from settings. Nothing is blocked overnight, and you'll never lose access to your data.
