Considering an Alto alternative?

Alto (from Houseful, the Zoopla family) is an established suite spanning sales and lettings, used by around 6,000 agencies. LintelCRM is lettings-first, with public pricing and portals that ship with the product. With sources, verified July 2026.

First, a fair word

What Alto does well

Alto is a long-established agency platform covering sales progression, lettings and marketing, strengthened by its place in the Houseful/Zoopla ecosystem: one-click Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket feeds, a real AI feature suite, and a migration guarantee. Full-service agencies with a strong sales arm shortlist it for exactly that breadth, and as of July 2026 it holds a Trustpilot score around 4.2-4.3 from 147 reviews.

The trade, stated plainly

Ecosystem reach versus a legible bill

What Alto has that we do not, as of July 2026: one-click portal feeds to Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket, an AI feature suite, a migration guarantee, and the scale of roughly 6,000 agencies. If those are your deciding factors, Alto earns its place on your shortlist and this page will not talk you out of it.

What you trade for it: there is no pricing page anywhere; their own comparison material describes the model as per user with no published rate card, so budgeting starts with a sales call. The tenant-facing app side has thinned, with PropertyFile Tenant Edition no longer listed on either app store as of July 2026. And third-party reviewers report contract friction, though we would rather you read those attributed accounts yourself than take our summary of them.

Questions

Asked by switchers

Does LintelCRM handle sales as well as lettings?

Yes: offer tracking, conveyancing milestones and fall-through recovery are included. The difference is emphasis: LintelCRM is built lettings-first, with sales alongside.

Can I move from Alto to LintelCRM without losing history?

Export your properties, applicants, tenancies and landlords, and our onboarding team imports them free during the trial. Document history can be bulk-attached to the right records.

Does LintelCRM feed Rightmove and Zoopla like Alto does?

Not as of July 2026: portal feeds are on our roadmap, and Website Sync currently feeds the website you own. If one-click portal publishing is your deciding factor today, that is a genuine reason to shortlist Alto, and we would rather tell you that here than in a demo.
